Coming of age ceremony is called Seijin-shiki in japanese.
Women wear Hakama which is a very traditional Japanese style, men wear either Hakama or suit.
In Japanese we call Shin-seijin people who become an adult this year.
Also coming of age ceremony is a Japanese holiday held annually on the second Monday of January.
